3. User Content

Authenticated users may create one profile. Agency owners may create additional profiles within their agency. All profile content -- including names, descriptions, photos, videos, rates, and services -- is your responsibility.

3.2 Content Standards

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene
  • Infringes any intellectual property rights of a third party
  • Contains personal information of another person without their consent
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

3.3 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Site.

3.4 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion without notice. Users may flag profiles as fake, and we may act on such reports.

3.5 Photos and Videos

Uploaded media is stored on our infrastructure. Thumbnails are generated automatically. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any media you submit.

4. Agencies

Agency owners may create and manage profiles on behalf of their members. Agency owners are responsible for ensuring all agency profiles comply with these Terms and that they have authorisation from the individuals represented.

5. Contact System

5.1 Double Opt-In

Messages sent through the contact form require email confirmation from the sender before delivery to the profile owner. This protects both parties from spam and unauthorised messages.

5.2 Rate Limiting

Contact messages are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Excessive messaging may result in temporary restrictions.

5.3 Contact Reveal

Viewing a profile's contact details (phone, email, social media) is logged for analytics and abuse prevention purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Site without permission
